Welcome to lazykitchen.my. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General
lazykitchen.my (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online store providing frozen healthy meals.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility
To use our website or make a purchase, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or
Have consent from a parent/guardian.

3. Product Information
All products are subject to availability.
Images shown are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or replace products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed before any order is processed or shipped.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Online Banking
- FPX
- Debit/Credit Cards
- E-wallets

5. Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details (address, contact number, order items) are accurate.
Orders cannot be modified once processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Key points:
a. Delivery available to West Malaysia only.
b. Orders processed within 3–5 working days.
c. Deliveries occur Tuesday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
d. Customers must ensure availability during delivery.
e. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, traffic, or incorrect addresses.

7. Subscription Plans
For customers subscribing to recurring meal plans:
a. All subscription plans require a minimum 3-month commitment.
b. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded during the commitment period.
c. After 3 months, cancellation requires 7 days notice before the next renewal.
d. Meal/flavour changes also require 7 days notice.
e. Failed payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of service.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchange
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
LazyKitchen.my does not accept returns of frozen food due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds may only be approved for:
a. Damaged or defective products
b. Wrong items received
c. Non-delivery due to courier fault
d. Order cancellation within 24 hours

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
a. Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
b. Store products properly (immediately in freezer).
c. Follow heating and storage instructions.
d. Check orders upon delivery.
e. Be available to receive deliveries.

10. Allergies & Health Disclaimer
Customers must check ingredient lists before consumption.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues.
No professional medical or dietary advice is provided.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
a. Spoilage due to customer unavailability
b. Delays by courier or external factors
c. Damage after delivery
d. Indirect or consequential losses
e. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on lazykitchen.my — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of lazykitchen.my and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law, and all disputes will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.

Return Policy
All products sold through lazykitchen.my have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.

Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us at lazykitchen.my within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.

lazykitchen.my will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to lazykitchen.my at his/her own cost.

The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.

The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written letter.

Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.

Collected Information
We only collect the informations that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer's personal information during the account registration on our site.

Personal Identification Details
Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the products, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your status of online shopping in our site and also to update our customers with our latest news of updates/changes, promotions and events.

Confidentiality
Your personal information such as credit cards details, bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our sites do apply appropriate security application in order to keep all the customers information safe at all time.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
lazykitchen.my have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers.  Do keep track on the Privacy Policy page on our website.

Security
our company website do applies appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customers' personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However bear in mind that any information transmitted through Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.

FOOD SAFETY POLICY

LK LAZY KITCHEN SDN BHD is commited to provide products that are safe for consumer consumption which comply with all applicable food safety regulatory and other requirements as required by authorities, customers, and company.

OBJECTIVES

1) To allow supplier non-conformance on food safety cases < 2 cases per month

2) To ensure 0 cases of Salmonella detected in all products through finished product verification every year

3) To limit customer complaint < 2 cases on food safety and < 4 cases on quality per year

4) To ensure 0 cases of product recall on the food safety every year

5) To achieve minimum 80% of total training planned per year
