We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold lazykitchen.myharmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or lazykitchen.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, lazykitchen.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Items in stock: 2-5 working days for Standard Delivery items.
Items that are out of stock: Please email or call us for assistance.
Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.
Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Return Policy
All products sold through lazykitchen.my have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.
Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us at lazykitchen.my within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.
lazykitchen.my will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to lazykitchen.my at his/her own cost.
The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.
The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written letter.
Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.

We only collect the informations that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer's personal information during the account registration on our site.

As with any deletion process, things like routine maintenance, unexpected outages, bugs, or failures in our protocols may cause delays in the processes and timeframes in connection with such removal.
FOOD SAFETY POLICY
LK LAZY KITCHEN SDN BHD is commited to provide products that are safe for consumer consumption which comply with all applicable food safety regulatory and other requirements as required by authorities, customers, and company.
OBJECTIVES
1) To allow supplier non-conformance on food safety cases < 2 cases per month
2) To ensure 0 cases of Salmonella detected in all products through finished product verification every year
3) To limit customer complaint < 2 cases on food safety and < 4 cases on quality per year
4) To ensure 0 cases of product recall on the food safety every year
5) To achieve minimum 80% of total training planned per year
